Processing Times

All of our orders are processed as quickly as possible. This is generally within 3 days from the date of the order. During peak times the processing time will take longer but will be sent within 10 business days. If there are any delays, I will contact you to discuss further. 


Once your order has been completed and is ready to go, you will receive an email from Blue Gum Lane. It will be in the hands of the postal service within 48 hours of being completed.



I use Australia Post for shipping. The size of mail that I send is generally classed as 'letter' and tracking is not available for letters through Australia Post without incurring a fee. If you would like tracking please contact me prior to ordering. I will work out the costs involved. The cost of tracking will be a minimum of $5 within Australia and $25 Internationally possibly more depending on the weight and dimensions of the parcel.

As you are no doubt aware, once we have posted your Happy Mail your order is in the hands of Australia Post and out of our control. See below for shipping times.

Australian Orders: Orders going to an Australian address will generally arrive within 2 weeks.

International Orders: Orders outside Australia can take up to 6 weeks to arrive once they have been posted. This could be longer if they are held up in customs. International customers are responsible for any additional fees such as customs or duty. 

On this site, the cost of shipping is calculated on the weight of the items you have purchased. 


Refunds and Exchanges

In accordance with Consumer Affairs NSW Guidelines, cancellations will only be accepted within 24 hours of purchase with a sound reason. Change of mind does not class as a sound reason. Please contact me via email if you wish to cancel.



 If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us with your order number and information about the issue.

Refunds on orders purchased using Afterpay will incur a 5% administration fee unless the refund is due to a reason that is of no fault to the customer. 

No cancellations will be accepted for custom orders once paid for. By the time of purchase I will have already spent the time creating and designing your order for you.
